My passion is Real Estate. Licensed since 1994 I believe in education and being the best I can be for my family, friends, colleagues, and customers. I have taken classes continuously every year to educate myself in order to serve the best interest of my customers. I have the following designations, ABR, CRS, GRI, PMN, SFR TRC, a CDPE and Brokers license. Over the years, I have taken many other courses such as diversity and read many books on working with multi cultural customers. In Central Florida, we are in the back yard of Disney World where people come from all over the world to visit and own Real Estate. Since I have been a licensed Realtor, I have received many awards, Rookie of the year, # 1 Listing, Sales, GCI and Closed units year after year at our company. I have served the Women's Council of Realtors as a President of local Chapter, President Elect, and District Vice President and served on many state committees. In our Local Board of Realtors, I also served many committees and Vice President of the Board position. My goal is to be your Realtor for life! Our selling experience with Marie was excellent. She possesses deep knowledge of the business and the market, including the all-important skill of properly pricing a property for sale. We found her to be meticulous in handling the numerous details involved in getting a house into and through the sales process. Once a house gets listed, communication becomes paramount. Marie provided timely information as to who was looking at the house and what their real potential was for buying it . We got a buyer fairly quickly, and once we did, Marie made sure we had all the information we needed to get to closing quickly and with virtually no hassles.
