Carmen is a marketing machine! Selling our home in a rural area was not even an issue for Carmen and her team. We had multiple offers in less than a week. Buying and finding a house at the top of the market was not an easy task. Alejandra was very professional. She is not only a fantastic realtor, she is an excellent support system. ANYTIME there was a house we wanted to see, Alejandra was very flexible and moved fast in booking viewings as homes were flying off the market. I would like to start with , She was Perfect , defiantly going to use Tiffany as our go to when we decide to buy another home. Since the beginning of the process to selling our home Tiffany came over and explained the whole process not only in detail but presented in paper to make it 100% understandable , when we needed some info , a question we had she was quick to answer and even when she wasnt able to pick up at the moment we would always get a call back ASAP . The whole process when so smooth , was able to negotiate pretty much everything we requested and when it came to pick an offer from the multiple offers we were able to get she walked us through our choices and out of the once we picked with her help, we picked one that was 20000 over asking price and with that one we closed in 30 days ! This is my third time working with an agent , from buying my home , to refinancing , and now to selling and she was by far the best one weve had ! Thanks again Tiffany for your hard work and for the help you gave us for the selling of our home !

If you would have told me 2 months ago what I now know today with regards to selling my home (The Peaks, Valleys, Plateaus of suspense, and meeting the fruits of your labor) well, I would have questioned your intelligence and I definitely would have been hard-pressed to even listen to you anymore.... alright, chase cutting to..... I am not one to construct a review, being as there are plenty people out there that can write these blasted things, and I don't need to add myself to the mid as well. The explanation as to why I am constructing this 'Review' ...is simply an extenuation of the stellar relationship that Carmen and myself have developed in such a small, compacted segment of time.Unpretentiously, Carmen might be the most thorough and comprehensive person that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting, and her work yields tangible dividends to reflect that. For example, I was told by a variety of realtors (while interviewing realtors to sell my home) about the cost of my house and they all gave me integers that I processed as 'Good' in my thought process. Me being your average Joe and not knowing much at all about Real Estate, I thought that those numbers were good. Plus, the realtors that I interviewed were great realtors, and they were consistent and parallel with one another's expectations as to what my house should be listed at. Well, I am glad I met Carmen is all that I have to say to that. After I met her, it was not time whatsoever until I had a sense of understanding for a plan and all the effort that she is willing to put in behind the scenes to Just to see the house be sold at the best value. She has been unbelievable so far and it should be mentioned that my house has had 7 offers only 2 days after Carmen went live with my house. Actually, we just selected the offer in which we will be moving forward with, and we just opened escrow with the buyer approximately 2 days ago. That offer is for $50,000 more than any of those other realtors had anticipated the house would go for. Oh, and just so there is now 'One Off' theory concocting in your head.. the next offer in line on my house was only $5,000 less than the offer we ended up selecting, and even the next offer in line after that one was the same as the 2nd offer. Clearly Carmen is GREAT at her craft and knows what you can and what you can't sell your home for, and how to get the absolute best value from your house.Aside from the reality that Carmen is a par-excellence realtor and that she is surgical in her approach to selling real estate, there is even more to enunciate about Maricarmen Pulido. She is always on time, always a tremendous professional very receptive to her clients and their interests, hires her own professional photographers that she covers the cost of, has her own trusted team or contractors that you can hire for repairs if you need one, her and her Pulido Team advertise the home (not only on MLS) but all over the most highly viewed websites, etc. The list goes on and on. I can't think of a single instance that Carmen did not answer my call right away. Every time that we speak on any subject (as I stated before) she was incredibly intelligent and thorough in her response to my concerns. She has NEVER had an absence of precision when building redundancy around our plan, and even when faced with an obstacle (which we all know happens in real estate) she has a 'back-up plan' for her 'back-up plan' for her 'back-up plan'. In conclusion, I want to state that I am a retired U.S. Marine and I know attention to detail when I see it because I am about as detail oriented as they come. With that being said, I keep my expectations higher that the average bear and Carmen far surpassed my desired result. I can honestly convey that she gives me a feeling of reverence knowing that she is in my corner taking the driver's seat through the remainder our journey to conclude 'Close of Escrow'.
