We interviewed a few agents to help us sell our parents home in Alhambra, CA. We decided to go with Kelly and Maribel because they gave us a much higher value on the home. We were not looking to remodel the home, but they gave us some suggestions that we didnt mind doing in order to get a better price. We used their referral for painters and handymen, and in the end our home got multiple offers over asking price. We got a few hundred thousand dollars more than what another agent had quoted us. You never know how important a good realtor is until you run into problems. Then, its imperative to have a realtor whose judgment you trust. Kelly and Maribel helped me to sell my house in spring 2023 in less than a month and a half from time I first met them until the sold sign was put up. Kelly and Maribel were invaluable not only because of their expertise but because of the relationships that theyve built up with other realtors in the area. This can make or break the negotiations. It turned out fortuitous that I chose them. I chose them because they seemed like good people. I didnt think much beyond that prerequisite. They took care of what needed taken care of, even if I didnt necessarily know it. The house pictures and video were first rate. They made the right call on getting the house staged. They guided me through all the paperwork. And when I thought the deal was dead, somehow we ended up at a price and terms that more than met my expectations. I attribute that to them. I wasnt privy to their conversations with the other realtor but based on their reactions and assessments, I believe that they helped the other side come to a reasonable compromise. So, yes, I was very happy with my experience with them.
