Marianne is Realtor ROCKSTAR!!! When we purchased our first home we had a bad experience that we never wanted to go through ever again. So we were very skeptical about selling the home we had a bad experience getting to own. But after 14 years of living and loving our home we have to let it go due to medical reasons. So we decided to take a chance and sell it to buy a home more compatible to my living capabilities. When we started the process we hit a brick wall right at the start with the realtor that was suggested for us. They wanted us to do so much for them so that they could sell our house it was more about there reputation than about our needs and requirements. At that point I was done I just saw the past coming back from the last experience I had buying this home. But thanks to our daughter Ashley and my wife they talked me in to giving it another chance. So Ashley found Marianne and explained to her about our previous experience with buying a home and how we don't want to be pushed into anything and that I was very skeptical at this point! So when we met Marianne she was very understanding of our situation and said that we are going to take baby steps and walk through the whole process of what she is going to do for us. She gave us her personal number and said if we have any questions to reach out out to her any time we needed to(and we did)! She took us around to look at homes she felt we would like and some of them she would say this is not the one for you(and she was right). Marianne made us feel so comfortable to be with when we were looking for our new home. She gave us so much confidence that we were going to find the perfect home. She always called us to see how we were doing throughout the whole process and even afterwards. All I have to say if you want a realtor that put your needs first and will walk you through the process whether you are a first timer, had a bad past experience, or looking for a reliable realtor Marianne is the one you need to go to!
