Marianna had come to the rescue and worked out all the details and was able to get the two houses sold and the new one purchase without any downtime. My wife and I thought... well if she could pull off something like that then she could certainly help us sell our home and purchase our new one. She was incredible! Her knowledge of the real estate space and understanding what we were looking for (and certain things we didn't even know we were looking for..) was superb.
