1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

Make sure you work with a knowledgeable, full time, professional and experienced agent with good communication skills and good references for loan officers, home inspectors, attorneys, etc.

5) How did you get started in Real Estate?

I had a hard time in the 70's making ends meet as a teacher and decided to go into Real Estate Appraising. I got affiliated with the Society Of Real Estate Appraisers and took their classes and seminars and opened my own business as an appraiser. After I had my own Real Estate appraisal office I decided to try the sales end of it and enjoyed it tremendously and felt it was the right job for me. I have been a Full Time Realtor since 1987 and still loving it!

6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?

Yes, I had my own Real Estate Appraising company for 30 years and feel that training and knowledge is a big factor in successful marketing and pricing a home for the market. I continue to go to conferences and seminars and continue with my education in Real Estate so I can provide my clients with the best service and educate them as we move along in the transaction.
