Kathy was the agent we worked with specifically, and she was very knowledgeable and did a wonderful job hitting the ground running on scheduling tours, finding new houses in our budget, and eventually helping us secure the home we just recently closed on! Marian was absolutely wonderful to work with - after just a couple minutes of talking with her I felt very comfortable choosing her as our realtor to help us find our first home. I had talked to many other realtors prior but knew right away that she was a great fit for us. She had lots of experience and had some great ideas (we were thinking about buying a fixer-upper and she has lots of experience doing this herself). During the home buying process, I found her to be very responsive and of course really helpful since this was our first home.
