Mariah was an absolute dream to work with. She stuck with us for nearly two years as we hemmed and hawed about whether or not to sell or rent our beautiful North Fork home, providing excellent advice and market expertise. She advised us on how big capital improvement projects like adding a pool or a finished basement would impact our eventual listing price, which gave us the confidence to make those investments in the home. When we were finally ready to sell, she gave us excellent guidance on the list price and handled the open house like a true pro. Mariah also guided us through every buyer's dream - multiple offers over the asking price within the first 10 days of being on the market. She knew exactly how to play the negotiation game and put us at ease - we knew we had a professional in control, and we knew she would get us the very best price, which she did... 15% above our asking price, which was already at market! The entire time the house was on the market, we were at our permanent home... 1500 miles away. That's how much we trusted Mariah with the sale of our home. In terms of Mariah's communication and responsiveness, all I can say is that it both are outstanding! She never made us feel like our questions were dumb or our texts were bothersome - she answered every question thoroughly and immediately. She gave us clarity and transparency in the process of selling our home, and she anticipated issues and planned for them before they arose. As a result, we had a smooth closing with no surprises. The only issue that did come up was OUR fault, not hers, when the moving company we hired turned out to be bogus. Mariah again showed up for us, no questions asked, and helped us ensure the move happened smoothly with a different mover after we had already left the state. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a positive experience, and we are so grateful for her!
