Maria was very knowledgeable very helpful and she went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that everything went smoothly. She was great at anticipating possible problems and preventing them. If anything to go wrong she quickly communicated effectively to make sure that things were corrected quickly and smoothly, she was always available and quickly returned calls text and any other written communication. Mariahas personality is so engaging she can quickly bring over even the toughest personalities to her side. When I didnt understand a contract she was patient with me to explain every detail until I felt comfortable. She is compassionate and honest. When she could see a problem I didnt, she would communicate the problem even if it meant the sale may not go forward. She was confident in her ability to get us the right house.
