Maria really took the lead as our advocate during this time, making sure that we kept things on track as much as possible. (If it isn't clear - please do not hire Curbio for your own projects unless you want this same type of frustration). The process of selling a home is daunting, even without construction woes. Maria helped us understand all the requirements for legal compliance and guided us through it. When we were finally ready to list, she helped us strategize the sale price so that we could maximize the gain without letting the house sit on market too long. Maria was entirely on top of all the resources she needed to make this happen, as well, with established colleagues for final touches including staging (both interior and landscape), photography, marketing. I should also mention that Maria works with an amazing team at Willis Allen. The broker stepped in on our behalf with Curbio, as well, and the paperwork process was so smoothly handled by her realtor colleague.
