She just helped us sell our our home in addition to helping us with the purchase of a new home built from the ground up. Maria was able to explain all the details about how the house market was in our area and gave us realistic expectations for the sale of our house. She was spot on. Every detail was provided to us and that really put our minds at ease knowing she was there to guide us through the sale of one home while building another. She is very experienced with new home builds too. She helped us with negotiating and really did a great job protecting us from any pitfalls with the new build. During my 22 years of active duty I moved often. Maria is by far the best agent I have used and Highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!!! Phone calls are answered and she keeps you informed from beginning to end. Thanks to her, we were able to close on the house we sold and move into the new home virtually withing 14 days.
