Kate Huller and the Maria Sims group were wonderful- they found great options for me, took the time to get to know what was important for us and helped find the perfect home for us. Kate showed us as many homes as we needed to see and was patient and continued trying to find a home for us when we had almost given up. She really knows the local area and is diligent in knowing what is available. Unlike other agents, she filtered through and only sent us listing that she thought would fit our needs, which made house shopping more manageable.
