From the moment we met her, we could tell she loved her job. With her warm and sincere personality, we clicked immediately and signed a contract with her. Little did we know that selling our home, would, unfortunately, be put on hold just days after that, because of COVID 19. But Maria kept us informed in the interim on what was going on in the real estate market. We trusted her when she gave us the thumbs up a few months later, to proceed. She promised us, with this new way of selling a home, that all precautions would be taken (showings by appointment only, social distancing, and everyone would wear a mask and sanitize their hands before entering). She and her assistant, Laurie, assured us that after each showing, anything that was touched in our home would be sanitized. Our home was sold within two weeks after being on the market, due to her knowledge, professionalism, and clear communications, especially during this crazy time. My husband and I could not be happier that we chose Maria as our selling agent and strongly recommend her to sell your home.

When our bank dropped the ball Maria contacted our bank underwriting department and told them that if we didnt close on time it would cause a domino effect and the people selling would not be able to close on the house they were buying.
