Krista did an amazing job helping me buy my first house, and also helping me sell a few years later. My personal buying experience: Krista went above and beyond to fit in showings in a timely manner. The planning and execution of the showings was smooth, and my second offer was accepted (the first offer falling through was through no fault of hers). Due to some loan approval issues with the bank, some modifications to the initial offer had to be made in a short time period. Krista was responsive immediately and communicated quickly with the sellers to ensure the closing was completed on time, despite all odds. The house closing was completed. The sale: Life changes required me to sell the house a couple years later. I knew Krista was my realtor of choice to sell! Because I had to do my sale remotely, Krista went ABOVE and BEYOND to help supervise any contractors or workers who came to the house to make repairs or clean prior to listing. The photos were gorgeous, and the competitive pricing she suggested allowed for several offers above asking price just over one weekend. Krista was great at talking with the buyers agents to have a very competitive bidding pool of offers for me to choose from. The sale and closing of the house went smoothly after the offer was accepted. I cant recommend Krista enough, and if I was still in Michigan, she would still be my agent!
