Maria and I hit it off from the start, first thing she asked me was why dont I buy the house. I told her the same thing I have been saying for years, "we are not ready..." But c'mon, when are you ever going to be ready. I started to look at the renting market preparing to have to move, and omg the prices to rent had gone way up there. All of a sudden it made sense to buy my house. invest in my own property, build equity, invest in my retirement home. and no one made more sense to call for help as I was new to the whole process, but MARIA!!! she is amazing, 100% professional, honest, sweet, and so knowledgeable. luckily the person she showed the place to did not wish to pursue the house so we got to have Maria on our team! today I am livin the dream, and I could not have done it without Maria and all her wonderful connections. she made this process a breeze.
