Review Wow! What a pleasant experience working with Maria and John Hoffman from Tampa Home Group to sell and buy our home. Everything worked out like clockwork. We have been trying to sell our home in New Tampa for over a year. They came over to the house, suggested decluttering (note: start early!), and shared specific tips to make the home more saleable. We were thinking in a year. So we got to work updating, cleaning out, and getting a Pod last spring. By the fall, it was in pretty good shape. We were simultaneously looking for a new home and went on many afternoon visits to various homes, but it just didnt feel right. We found one, made a very respectable offer, and the owner decided not to take it - in retrospect, great! - and we waited for early 2026 to begin again. In late February, we found a new build and signed. Then we started working with the A Team, Debbie and Donyale, to get our home ready to sell. They handled everything. From the listing to the marketing, to assisting with recommendations for services, John presented good market data and rate information about where the price point should be and how to have one open house, get some offers, and get the house sold. Bing, bang, boom. Listed on a Thursday, open house on Saturday, and sold on Tuesday, for more than list price. All the financial pieces, moving, storage, and paperwork come together. We closed on our new home a month or so later and reversed the process. The Tampa Home Group took care of us. I know they will take care of you. And if they do, ask John to say hi to Moose for me.

Review Trust the experts. That is the primary lesson I learned working with Maria's team. When Maria first arrived at our home, we were so impressed with how prepared she was. She has such an incredible understanding of the market, and she basically predicted what we would get for our home. While it was less than what the "internet" projected, what I truly appreciate about her is the transparency and honesty. In business that's what really counts not pipe dreams and wishful thinking. Next, we met with Donyale who helped us prepare our home to list. And truth be told, I was a bit skeptical of all the improvements she suggested, and I initially agreed to only some of her recommendations. However, being the professional she is and having our best interests at heart, she texted a passionate plea that in order to be competitive and give ourselves the best opportunity to trust her and Maria. So, I listened to my gut and decided in that moment to push all in and simply do anything and everything they suggested. Once we listed, we were very pleased with the results on Zillow, etc. It was second to none in terms of presentation and exposure. And finally, we had Debbie who really held our hand as we were waiting for offers to come in. She played a key role as emotional support, answering questions, and making sure we only accepted the best deal for us which we ultimately got by being patient and listening to her. Review I bought my home several months ago and failed to write my review of Tania Borelli, Tampa Home Group (THG). In brief, she is incredible! This is a long review but I believe it helps demonstrate Tania's commitment to her clients. I planned to move to FL and assumed I had time to sell my home before finding one to buy. To my pleasure, I received an offer on my home and had to move quickly. I wrote Maria Hoffman of THG around 12:30 am Sunday morning and by about 5:00 am, she responded! She assured me that THG could assist me and by about 2:00 pm that day, I received a call from Tania on her team. I shared a couple of homes that I'd seen on the market with Tania, and the features that I was looking for. Tania gave me her best advice and before the day was out, she had scheduled a showing for my preferred home. It is important to share that houses in Tampa were not on the market long and Tania was able to schedule the first viewing on Monday! I did the home tour virtually and decided to put an offer on the home that day. By Tuesday, Tania had submitted the offer which was ultimately accepted! From start to finish, this process took 3 days!!! Tania is extremely personable and committed to outstanding service. No ask was too small or too much. For example, she took measurements in the home to ensure my furniture would fit. And, she recommended companies to consider for inspections, consider for insurance, and contractors to consider for improvements that I wanted to make. All of this was critical as I didn't have contacts in Tampa. Of special note is that Tania even checked on the progress by multiple contractors since I was still living out of State. I've moved into my new home and several months later, Tania still checks on me. If this isn't outstanding service and commitment to clients, I don't know what is. Thank you, Tania!!!

Review Meeting Rachel is the best thing that has ever happened to me. I was already annoyed by my 3 previous realtors. No one had lived up to my expectations and no one had really tried to find me a suitable house. I was looking for 4 months before i met Rachel by a happy coincidence.We started talking and i told her how frustrated i was and she offered to help me. Of course I was skeptical at first because I had such bad experiences. But Rachel did not disappoint me on any level and met my high standards 100%. She got in touch with me the very next day, asked what i was looking for and picked out houses. The next day we had 7 viewings. SEVEN! I haven't had that many together in the last four months! It seems Rachel worked magic overnight. Review We recently had a great experience working with John and Maria to sell our home and purchase a new home! We never thought wed be able to sell our home so quickly under these circumstances, but John and Maria kept assuring us that serious buyers were still buying homes. They suggested a few things to do before putting our home on the market which I believe really helped it sell. The photos and video / virtual tour tuned our great! After our first buyers pulled out after it was only on the market for 10 days, we almost took it off the market but again they were great at communicating the market conditions and we ended up getting more money for our home. Their other agents Kim and Tanya were awesome to work with as well. Tanya came to every new home showing we went to see and really represented us well when it came to buying our new home. Overall, the process was very smooth and we would definitely recommend John and Maria! You wont be disappointed if you hire them!
