We worked with Tampa Home Group to both sell our home and purchase a new one. We really liked our listing agent, Maria and appreciated her knowledge and professionalism when we first signed on. However, some of the responsibilities were passed on to other team members, and that part of the process wasnt as smooth as we had hoped. On the buying side, our experience was excellent. Our buyers agent, Meghan was incredibly helpful, communicated well with the sellers agent, and made the buying process as smooth as possible. Overall, despite a few bumps along the way, we would recommend Tampa Home Group to anyone looking to sell their home and find a new one in the area.

John is a class act and simply the best. John took the time to get to know us and learn what we were looking for. He was extremely patient in driving us all around so we could learn the area to determine our desired location. We looked at homes together several times over the course of about a year. I cannot say enough good things about working with Maria and John regarding selling our condominium.
