Maria was born in Peru and relocated to the United States at the age of 15. She started her work habit a few months after arriving as a dishwasher from there she continued servicing her community in banking and customer service which pushed her to pursuit a career in real estate. With a background in working with the Latino community, she has worked every aspect of the industry representing buyers, sellers and investors in the residential market. Maria is family oriented with a devotion to her beautiful daughter and 2 cats. An artist by nature, she enjoys painting, hand lettering and making DIYs projects. Living a healthy lifestyle is essential for her. When time allows, she enjoys exercising, cooking with her family and tutoring her daughter so she can be proficient in Spanish as well. Maria is involved with the animal shelter here in Bakersfield and her top priority is to bring awareness about adopting a rescue and volunteering her time to bring happiness to the dogs and cats at the shelter.
