We worked with Maria to buy a 1 bedroom condo in Malden many years ago, and had a great experience, so we worked with her again to sell it recently. It was a fantastic experience--Maria made the process very easy, from recommendations for staging the unit, getting high quality photographs and listing the unit. Maria was able to connect us with a highly motivated buyer and was able to get the unit under contract very quickly, significantly over asking. Then she and her team made the process of getting an attorney, the inspection, paperwork, getting the unit into fire code compliance, walkthrough and closing smooth and painless.
