I first heard about Maria when my closest friend was buying her first home 15 or so years ago. My friend raved about Maria's knowledge, tenacity and thoughtfulness.So, when I was ready to sell my first home (wish I'd know about Maria when I bought it...it was a mess) I naturally reached out to Maria. She came to my house, and was spot on in her assessment. I got exactly what she said we could get and I didn't have to stress at all about the sell.Now the heat was on...I had to find a new home AND close within a month!
