Real Estate Agent (26 years experience) Real Estate definitely runs in my blood. My mother, sister, niece, and husband are all realtors! You can imagine our family talks around the kitchen table. I started my real estate career fresh out of college in 1993. At the time, I really was just going to test the waters, but planned on moving onto something else. Well, 20 years later, and here I am. I am so very blessed to be able to help people purchase their dreams. Or help them sell their home to accomplish another dreams. I have worked with people looking for a farm, to clients looking for a hi-rise condo in the city. Since I was born and raised in the Dallas, I am able to use my familiarity to be able to assist a wide array of needs. So what makes me unique to other realtors?. It is given you should expect a realtor with lots of experience, high integrity, and customer service. For me, my uniqueness is me! I am with you from start to finish. Once we have our initial phone call, email or text, I am the realtor that is with you through the end. I have been part of teams in the past. I am definitely know their benefits. But one thing that was hard for me, was "handing off" my client. Buying or selling a home can be an emotional process. My goal is that I help you discover what you needs and priorities are. That you know I am always pulling for you. And that I know the business and market well, so that you can be confident in whatever decisions you make.

I first heard about Maria when my closest friend was buying her first home 15 or so years ago. My friend raved about Maria's knowledge, tenacity and thoughtfulness.So, when I was ready to sell my first home (wish I'd know about Maria when I bought it...it was a mess) I naturally reached out to Maria. She came to my house, and was spot on in her assessment. I got exactly what she said we could get and I didn't have to stress at all about the sell.Now the heat was on...I had to find a new home AND close within a month! Our list of must haves on my budget was tough but Maria found many homes to choose from and we were able to make an offer, negotiate terms and close with a week to spare for moving! Buying a house is stressful (and my first experience was BAD), Maria was so responsive! I never had to wait for her to answer any of my many questions! In many cases I deferred to her best judgement on decisions because she inspired so much trust. I loved that house and the whole experience. I'd still be living there if I hadn't visited South Dakota on vacation in 2020.Long story short, I decided August of 2020 that I was moving to SD. I called Maria and again, she came over told me what I needed to do and we got my home on the market. At that time the market was starting to get hot! I can't tell you how many showings and offers we got! Maria was prepared and has so much experience I was able to sell my home AND move to SD in December! I would not be home here in SD if it hadn't been for Maria! Maria played a huge role in making my dreams come true! She'll do the same for you!
