First of all I would like to thank all of the Employees at E3 Reality & Loans, they were on point with everything every step of the way when purchasing my home. I initially wanted to see if I could get pre-approved and the next thing I know I am looking at houses a week later. When we realized our relocation to Connecticut was happening much sooner, we were excited and afraid our home would not sell for what we wanted. It was especially difficult for us with my husband having to travel for work during the most important time, which was putting our home on the market. On top of all that, I was in a half leg cast and had zero knowledge of how to prep our home before putting it on the market. All I have to say, is thank God we had Mari Wines on our side. She told us what really needed to be done prior to getting our home on the market and taught us how important staging and professional photos are. After she toured our home, there was not much staging that needed to be done. She actually had a stash of staging goods and did it herself, mind you, she was our realtor, not stager, but morally, she felt we would be paying for a stager for no reason. What realtor do you know, who would actually come over after a days work, bring her staging items and spend hours getting your home ready for photos and the open house? I honestly couldn?t believe it. Our home looked absolutely beautiful, sold for what we wanted and appraised for even more. From start to finish, we always knew Mari had our best interest at heart. She is very knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient and incredibly generous with her time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends over the course of several months) and knows the ins-and-outs of selling a home in the East Bay area. Working with Mari exceeded any expectation that I had. She was extremely professional, understood modern day marketing, and went above and beyond for me as the client. Mari took precautions that I did not know existed to protect me with both my sale and purchase, and not only got the job done for me, but actually explained to me how the process worked. This was so important to me, as Mari?s pricing strategy initially confused me by listing a little low, but when we were the busiest open house in the neighborhood, and sold after the first showing, it all made sense!
