ZillowVERIFIEDOh man! What can I say that would do justice to HOW AMAZING Mari Eddy and her team are?? I have dealt with many realtors over the course of my lifetime and even recently... Mari Eddy stands out head and shoulders above any others. This unique realtor and woman is a strong leader. Her strength is a comfort when you really are anxious about a home being sold or when wanting someone to fight for you to get your dream home. Mari is well connected in the community; so, when she needs to call on a favor to benefit you, she has that in her pocket. It came in handy when three of our windows misteriously cracked at different times without provocation. Our windows were no longer under warranty; yet, the window company replaced them FOR FREE because of her connection with them. Wow! Talk about a stress reducer! Mari and her team are highly organized and on top of things, so we NEVER had to worry about her following though on commitments and obligations. Both of our closings with her have been the SMOOTHEST closings we've ever experienced. Cake. Mari and her team COMMUNICATE with you and keep you updated regularly. There is SO MUCH more that could be said, so just one last thing for brevity sake... Mari is an aggressive hunter and go getter. In a very tough market with interest rates soaring, Mari got on the phone daily and made phone calls to other agents and contacts, telling them about our home and arranging tours. Because of her, our home sold BEFORE other homes in our community, which had been listed weeks before ours. If I were you, I wouldn't go with any other agent. It's not just her, but her team. Their team is the best in the industry in my opinion and experience. I'm not getting any gift cards or favors for writing this review. I'm writing because others deserve to know and NEED to know who they can count on to take care of such a life-impacting experience. Go Mari or do nothing.
