I can not say better things about The Halem Group. For starters the care and service throughout the process was top notch and really felt as a bespoke experience. Along with terrific expertise in the region, working with Ashley from an operational perspective made everything seamless and easy. In addition to their team, they work with a network of contractors that were able to perform many of the necessary items prior to moving. All of which were fair in price and were able to be completed while I was out of state. At the end of the day with the teams expertise we were able to receive well above asking and sold in the first weekend. Margie is the best realtor I have ever worked with. She is patient, calm, knowledgeable, and nice.
