Please look no further, Melanie Gundersheim is an absolute rockstar and there is truly no one else we would've rather worked with than her. When starting our journey with Melanie she listened carefully to all of our needs, gave us great advice and completely dialed in the type of house that would fit our busy lifestyle. When we found our home there was no stopping her, she busted her butt reaching out to the sellers, touching base with our bank, & doing full detailed research on the home, so we were informed on every single detail. There are so many wonderful qualities to Melanie its hard to even know where to begin. I would say the two things though that really make her stand out would first be her knowledge of the industry. She knows all the ins and outs of the real estate world (which we all know right now is tricky to navigate) but when you have someone as experienced as Melanie all our questions got answered perfectly, correctly & honestly. The second greatest part about her would be her responsiveness and the way she would respond. Since this is my husband & I's first home of course we had all the first home buyer jitters. Melanie's calm, cool & collected tone would constantly put us at ease. There were nights where I would call her nervous about a step in the process and she would assure me how normal my concerns were and how it was okay to not know every single thing about homeownership, thats what she was there for. To help us and guide us through all the twists and turns. Our new home had some high interest which created a bidding war. But again the determined woman that Melanie is guided us to make the best offers possible and she made sure we were comfortable with everything that we were doing. She was never pushy and always made sure we felt comfortable with our offers and that we stayed within our means. When Melanie called us and told us we got the house you could hear it in her voice that she was genuinely ecstatic for us. Working with Melanie was a dream and trust me when I say you will absolutely LOVE working with her! Thanks Melanie!

The thing that initially drew my husband and I towards Melanie was her warm, and genuine but confident personality. Finding a real estate agent who provides closed loop communication and sustains transparency while also being extremely personable can be difficult to find, but Melanie is exactly that. The person who we met during our initial meeting was the exact same person who helped us buy our first home. Melanie's knowledge of the metro west area and how to navigate the real estate market is far beyond anything we could've imagined and we are eternally grateful.

Melanie was super responsive, kind, and helpful throughout our home buying process. We had a pretty long list of dealbreakers for our home (we wanted an urban setting but also a multi family with a backyard, a basement, and a parking spot). She wasnt daunted at all by those requests, and made sure we had multiple great options to look into. Melanie was easy to work with and streamlined the process of house-buying. She was communicative, which was obviously helpful for us when we had questions, but also for working with the seller and building a compelling application. We also appreciated that she worked quickly but refrained from being too pushy and gave us space to make decisions that we were comfortable with. We do wish that we were provided an analysis of the current market with actual numbers about recent sales, but we still feel that our offer was in line with the current market.
