ZillowVERIFIED Margend and his team made selling our house an incredibly smooth process. I honestly cannot imagine how they could have been better. Selling a home while living out of state is inherently stressful, and our situation was complicated further by multiple HOA and county obstacles while under contract. Luckily, Margend and his team were on top of everything, which took a massive weight off our shoulders. Margend communicated new developments promptly, allowing us to simply make decisions when needed while he handled absolutely EVERYTHING else. We always felt we were in excellent hands, which allowed us to mentally step back and patiently wait for closing. I didnt know it was possible to be so hands-off when selling a house, and I am very grateful to him for making it happen.

ZillowVERIFIED Margend did an outstanding job assisting us in first trying to sell our house and then when that did not work, he smoothly adjusted focus to assist us in finding a qualified long term renter for our property. His knowledge of the housing market during the significant slowdown in sale, allowed us to effectively price the property for increased buyer traffic. As time when by, he kept us fully informed, as we had moved out of the area as to the status of our property and recommended when we should consider renting, which we ended up needing to do. His recommendation for the shift, was perfect and we were able to find a qualified renter within a few weeks, because of his market understanding and properly pricing of the rental. He has also greatly assisted us with all required paperwork and coordination with the renter to make the experience much more positive than we expected. We would definitely recommend Margend for all your Real Estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED It's hard to summarize how helpful Margend was advising me on and managing a very complicated renovation, listing and closing process. I had to sell a condo owned by a sibling who passed away suddenly. Margend was by my side from literally the first day I showed up in Miami to evaluate the situation to determine what needed to be done to prepare the property for sale. Like many realtors I have dealt with over the years, Margend had ready recommendations for contractors, lawyers etc. Unlike many realtors, Margend took his role on providing these referrals seriously and more than once was willing to wade deeply into the details of the renovation and closing processes. The level of service, professionalism and "above and beyond the call of duty" help that Margend showed me over the several months of this process is hard to overstate. I am forever grateful for his help.
