Margend did an outstanding job assisting us in first trying to sell our house and then when that did not work, he smoothly adjusted focus to assist us in finding a qualified long term renter for our property. His knowledge of the housing market during the significant slowdown in sale, allowed us to effectively price the property for increased buyer traffic. As time when by, he kept us fully informed, as we had moved out of the area as to the status of our property and recommended when we should consider renting, which we ended up needing to do. His recommendation for the shift, was perfect and we were able to find a qualified renter within a few weeks, because of his market understanding and properly pricing of the rental. He has also greatly assisted us with all required paperwork and coordination with the renter to make the experience much more positive than we expected.
