About Margarita Kinstler

My motto is: "People do not care how much you know, until they know how much you care." I set out in every interaction to prove that I care for each and every one of my clients. When you contact me, you will soon find out that I am dependable, available, caring and patient. You will never feel you are just another number in my database! You will quickly realize that I not only care about you and your needs, but that I have the experience, knowledge and expertise that you need. I have been a realtor since 1999 and have been recognized by several awards, from Rookie of the Year to the RE/MAX International "Hall of Fame." As a former teacher, education has always been important to me, so I have continued to further my real estate education and have received many certifications. Family is very important to me. I am a wife, mother, and a grandmother and I love going dancing with my husband to stay active and young. I am unique because I offer services in both English and Spanish, but also my past experience teaching English As a Second Language (ESL) helped me understand and relate to people from many cultures.
