ZillowVERIFIEDMargaretha was and is an amazing individual from the beginning Margaretha was the first realtor that we interviewed for the listing of our home, and like most large dollar contracts, we intended to interview at least three realtors before deciding. Much to our surprise, we were so convinced with her personality and positive attitude that we signed on with her immediately, and did it pay off!!! We had multiple offers, but ultimately accepted the first offer that was presented the first day by the first bidder. Margaretha was so comfortable to work with and communicated and responded immediately on all matters. I would and will recommend her to anyone looking for a "GOOD" realtor.
