About Margaret Melville

Originally from Chicago, I moved to the Sacramento area and immediately fell in love with the outdoor lifestyle and the people. Having experienced firsthand the stress involved with relocation and purchase of a home, I saw the perfect opportunity to help others in a similar situation. After spending 8 years working for large traditional real estate brokerages, the decision in 2011 to open The Melville Group was easy. Simply put, I wanted to give clients a more personalized service experience. At The Melville Group, we specialize in helping relocation buyers, from as close as the South Bay to as far as India, find the right neighborhood, commute, lifestyle, and home in Folsom. Our clients include employees of Intel, Apple, and Google. Every listing with The Melville Group, from a condo to a million-dollar home, receives the five-star treatment. This includes a consultation with a home stager, listing photos from my professional photographer, a virtual tour and high-quality flyers.
