I have worked with Maggie on the sale and purchase of multiple properties over the past several years. I cannot imagine that there is anyone more knowledgeable, more hard-working, and more dedicated to her clients than Maggie. We recently closed a particularly difficult sale requiring the removal of an underground oil tank and substantial repairs to the property after removal. Maggie arranged for qualified contractors (including multiple bids), made sure we had the proper permits, and managed the project from start to finish. Critically, as a result of her deep experience, she had numerous resources to call on - and they respond to her far more quickly than they would have to me. On a prior transaction, Maggie pretty much pushed through our buyer's mortgage application to assure that our house was sold. And this is to say nothing of her talent and energy in staging homes to guarantee the best presentation - and highest price. In short, Maggie goes above and beyond - and then keeps going even further. There is simply no one I would rather work with.
