I am not one to write online reviews but, in this case, I fell compelled to make an exception. After Hurricane Florence here on the NC Coast, my former (rental) home had to be gutted and the prospects of finding a new home (or even storage for my belongings, because of the unique circumstances of the hurricane devastation) were dismal according to other agents. Nevertheless (this is a true story !), one call to Margaret Hitchcock allowed me (through her efforts) to purchase a new home within a matter of hours of its listing and her follow up services were amazing (she handled everything incredibly efficiently and with minimal cost for me). Within 30 days I was relocated in my new home (delighted with it) and ... well, what else can I say ... truly amazing. I really can't say any more than that. Highly recommended is putting it lightly !

Margaret was an amazing real estate agent. She was very helpful during every step of the sale. This was a breath of fresh air after our experience trying to sell our house with a different realtor who seemed to just sit back and wait for the house to sell itself. She took excellent photos and even made a video of the house to increase interest online. There was absolutely no issue that Margaret was not ready to help with. We were living hundreds of miles away during the time that she represented us, and it was completely stress free. If something needed to be done, she took care of it-being present for appointments and all. Bottom line, Margaret was amazing and I would highly recommend her to anyone.
