ZillowVERIFIEDAnn was my agent for finding/buying a new home and I couldn't be happier with my choice. She would listen to all my needs, likes, dislikes, wish-list, desired locations etc. and then went into a (good) overdrive, finding properties and accompanying me to all visits. More importantly, she is not a "yes" person and would argue advantages and disadvantages of each property. Once I zeroed-in on a property she was tireless, contacting sellers, negotiating price, terms and conditions, always extremely available and responsive.
