About MARGARET-ANN ASHBURN
I am originally from Georgia, but moved to Columbia because I knew it would be a good place to raise my children. I have grown to love it here! I enjoy the challenges of finding just the right home for my clients, or helping my clients sell their homes for the most value, quickly. My background in marketing helps me to promote listed properties, while my experience as a miliary spouse helps me to understand the needs of buyer clients. My real estate career includes 18 years as sales manager for a large independent company, training and managing 45 to 50 agents; teaching advertising for the LLR, the licensing agency; and the most fun of all ... working directly with buyers and sellers!

I'm a reader! I love to read anything and everything. I also enjoy playing with plants, although they don't always survive!

We are blessed with 5 terrific children, 5 wonderful in-laws, 10 very special grandchildren, and one very spoiled cat!
