Simply amazing! Marcy is the most personable, knowledgeable, hardworking realtor I have ever crossed paths with. She truly works tirelessly to make sure your buying experience goes smoothly and leaves no rocks unturned. We just closed on a 10 acre plot and her knowledge is absolutely incredible. We had an issue with an easement and could potentially make us responsible for the construction of a private road to obtain a building permit. Marcy took her time to go with us to the county building, provide contacts and contacted many people herself to try and figure this out. With her drive we were able to get rid of one of the easements so we never have to worry about this being a potential issue anytime in the future. Due to this, closing took almost 4 months. Marcy was in contact with me every step of the way whether that meant an update, something we could do to move the process along or to let us know what she is doing to get it taken care of. She facilitated the buyer contacting a lawyer, getting a legal document written and signed and notarized by all the surrounding neighbors to be sure we not only closed on our land but would never have future issues building here. I cannot stress enough the effort she puts into her work and the care she expresses to her clients. I truly believe if we had a different realtor this potential issue may have not been uncovered and we could be responsible for a very costly private road in the future. If you want peace of mind and someone who is going to work for you no matter how much effort is required, you will use Marcy for your future home buying or selling needs. I will never use anyone else.
