We would have never found the home we love if it was not for Davey. We wanted to relocate to Greenville from Virginia. He began helping us with our search while we were still there and worked very hard to send us information on properties we might be interested in. His continued effort was the motivation for me to go to Greenville for a week to start hunting. He spent all week with me and I looked at countless homes. I finally found the perfect one on the last day there and was very excited but there were 2 other offers already on it. Needless to say I was disappointed heading home as it did not look like we had a chance but it was through Daveys persistence and negotiating skills with the seller that we were able to write the contract and purchase the home.
