Greetings! My name is Marcus Hamilton Perry. I graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Psychology and a Business minor. I left the Midwest for warm and sunny Northern CA in 1983. I became a licensed RE salesperson in 1983 and received my broker's license in 1984. I am a tech-savvy real estate broker serving the Napa Valley and the acting Broker/Owner of Napa Valley Homes Today. Helping my friends and clients realize their real estate goals and dreams is my number one priority. When not working with buyers or sellers you can generally find me on the tennis courts playing doubles.

Marcus Perry provided us with excellent service from start to finish when helping us sell our home. First, Marcus met with us to ask questions and understand our needs and time lines. In addition, Marcus explained the sales process and our responsibilities. Second, his marketing was so powerful that we had over 60 people in the first open house with two solid offers, out of which, we accepted the most reasonable one, of course, after Marcus' recommendations. During the sales process, Marcus was very patience with us when questions came up with regards to the documentation; providing professional advice when it came to buyer's requests, deadlines and priorities.
