That home did not work for us due to no availability to join the golf club for 3 years.We found a house in a development that could provide immediate golf club membership, with a caveat that we must close within 10 days, or there would be an additional initiation fee of $ 35k. With Allisons help and diligence, we were able to navigate a myriad of association applications, approvals, title issues, and we were able to close without any excitement or issues 10 days after we made an offer.She was a pleasure to work with, and she help make the transaction effortless on our side, providing a home inspector, title company, etc.We would highly recommend her for your real estate transactional needs.
