Marcus & the Compass team were amazing while handling the sale of our home in Pleasant Hill, CA., April 2023. The process was kept to a minimum with very little stress and complications. Their area expertise and suggestions made regarding to do some "sweat equity or not" easily gained us an extra $250k in value of our home sale price. The team was thoughtful and professional.
