LOCAL KNOWLEDGE: he had house very low PROCESS EXPERTISE:I I needed contract from him it took him 2 days to delivery to me. RESPONSIVENESS: There was no lock box due the fact i had a inside kitten he would always show up late when buyers would be waiting outside for him. I would have to do the showings myself.He would always leave my lights on. My front door was left open on one showing Negotiation skills:I had one potential Buyer he raise the price higher to present to the Buyer without notify me the seller first thats not good practice
