Due to my father's passing, I was required to sell his Co-Op in Jamaica, Queens. I was referred to Marco by the agent who assisted with the sale of my mother's home in New Jersey after she moved into an assisted living facility. My first thought was, why would an agent in Central New Jersey know about an agent in Southeast Queens? I was soon to find out.Because of COVID-19, my initial meeting with Marco was via ZOOM. I found him to be pleasant and free from any tendency to pressure me into a contract. When we met at the property, I informed him that I had a buyer which he didn't have a problem with. He offered to guide me through any of the unique circumstances associated with selling a Co-Op versus a single family home and let me know that he was available whenever for whatever. Then, after the attempt to sell the property on my own fell through after six-months, I entered into a contract with Marco who was able to find another buyer in six weeks. Afterwards, we ran into some title search issues which Marco patiently waded through as if there was never any worry that the deal would close. This gave me the peace of mind I needed to deal with the situation without the stress I'm sure would have been present if a different attitude were exhibited by Marco.What I liked most was the feeling (actually fact) that whenever I called, I was usually able to speak to a human and if Marco was not available at the time, he would ALWAYS get back to me in a reasonable amount of time. Marco is a hustler (and I mean that in the best of ways). You can communicate with him at any time via phone, text or e-mail. He is an Agent who will do what needs to be done to get the required result for his client. There has been more that one occasion where Marco and I have agreed to meet on the street to exchange documentation or where he has agreed to meet me at the bank to pick up or deliver a check.When speaking with Marco, I was always addressed by Mr. and/or Sir and was never given a reason to worry about anything.To me, buying or selling real property is up at the top of the list of stressors.However, Team Marco has their act together.
