Kathy was absolutely amazing with selling our investment property in Illinois! She made the process seamless and went above and beyond to help insure we get the most money for our property with scheduling to meet with our tenant for walk thru, to hiring cleaning crew when we couldn't do it physically ourselves since we live in another state.
