I have been in the business of real estate since 2013, and I'm passionate about it! My experience includes residential, farm and ranch, and rental properties throughout Wimberley, TX, and surrounding areas. My clients have 100% of my attention and energy. I genuinely care and listen to their expectations, concerns, and diverse needs. Good communication is key to ensuring we explore all options and fully understand every step in the entire process. 1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Finding the right agent is very important! Look at all qualities as well as experience, and build that relationship.
In the process of buying make sure you follow the steps in the correct order. Don't put the cart before the horse.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Again, finding the right agent is imperative! Find one that will set up a marketing plan that fits you and your property.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
The majority of my clients are sellers and buyers. I have worked on the leasing side as well.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I have many transactions and Clients that I am very fond of; therefore, it would be difficult to narrow it down to one. This job is very important, and it is life changing for people, so I take it very seriously. My clients know I will go above and beyond to make sure their transactions are smooth and get to the finish line.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I got started in Real Estate because I am a people person, and I care about the futures of others. I originally went to college for Education, specifically in the area of Special Education. Both of these careers have similar qualities, as you provide a service that affects others lives!
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I feel that my background in Education and teaching benefits my clients for sure. My commitment, attention to details, listening and problem solving skills impact my career. This skills make me a better negotiator for my clients as well.
I also have personal hands on experience with home building that gives me additional knowledge in this field that benefits my clients.
