About Marcie Gumieny

I'm currently sitting outside on my lanai sipping coffee (but wishing it was wine) in sunny Oviedo, Florida. I'm a Central Florida Realtor, wife to husband Drew, and #boymom to Archer and Beau, along with two Shih Tzu puppies, Gatsby & Daisy (named after F. Scott Fitzgerald's The Great Gatsby, of course!) I'm a native midwestern girl, transplanted to Florida where I attended the University of Central Florida (Go Knights!), met my husband, and never left. My passion is Home. The physical walls themselves, but also the togetherness, memories, and love you create inside those walls. The financial success of owning those physical walls, however, is truly the icing on the (chocolate) cake. Educating first time home buyers, investors, and families looking to upgrade or downsize, on the ins and outs of homeownership is something my clients know me for. (And my love for a nice cold glass of white wine on a hot, Florida day!) I got into real estate with a mission to help buyers and sellers make smart and financially savvy real estate decisions. My "all in" educational approach ensures my clients are in-the-know on the home buying or selling process from day one. I treat each transaction like it was my own and am fiercely protective of my clients and their money. It's a privilege I truly don't take lightly. When not showing homes or negotiating real estate contracts, my life revolves around my boys. Being a mommy and wife is the single largest source of happiness and joy in my life (followed closely by an expensive glass of red wine!) I love to cook, entertain, decorate, shop, and read. My friends will tell you I throw fun and stylish dinner parties, and my husband will tell you I spend too much money! I love to volunteer at Second Harvest Food Bank, dive into romance novels at Playalinda beach, and go on adventures to discover the food, culture, history, and nature of our beautiful state of Florida. Whether you're looking to relocate to our sunny paradise, you're a first-time home buyer wanting to establish roots here in Central Florida, or perhaps looking to upgrade or downsize, my sole mission is to create an easy, non-stressful, buying or selling experience that leaves you with a sense of accomplishment and pride. Marcie is absolutely incredible! I was so lucky to find her a few years ago when I first explored the idea of buying and luckily, Marcie remained in my network and was able to help me secure my first ever home this summer!
