If anybody is looking for a good realtor, Josh and I used Marcie Gumieny to sell our old house and buy our new one almost simultaneously. That can be a pretty chaotic situation, but with Marcie it was so easy for us. The sellers of our new house also tried to hack everything they could, but Marcie was right there. She held her ground way better than we could have. She had our back and was proactive in every situation. We bought our house for the appraisal price and got a new roof (by a licensed contractor, yes that was an issue) in a strong sellers market and sold ours for more than appraisal in 3 days.
