ZillowVERIFIEDI'm not sure where to start when it comes to my experience with Marcia as our realtor. We had (3) goals when we made the decision to improve our lot in life and begin the process of selling our home and buying a new forever home. Number 1: We wanted to find the right house for the right price in a very fast moving and competitive market. Number 2: We wanted to maximize our profit on our existing home while selling it as quickly as possible. Number 3: We wanted to have some fun in doing so! The biggest challenge of the three in my mind was finding the forever home at the right price. In the current market if you snooze you lose. There is no time for any communication gaps or non responsiveness. Literally every time we called or texted Marcia to request a walk through of a potential property she responded IMMEDIATELY. Every time. After about a dozen walk throughs we found the one! That's when the FUN and hard work began! The property we ended up attaining was the first house we put an offer in on, but that's not to say it was a walk in the park. After 24 hours on the market this house had nine offers with ours being one of them. The day we put the offer in Marcia and I talked on the phone repeatedly as she attempted to gather intel so that we could fine tune our offer to make it stand out. We were able to accomplish that and at about 10pm on a Thursday the seller accepted our offer! I'll be honest, Marcia was probably more excited than we were because she was so invested in us getting the home that we wanted. Talk about fun and rewarding! I think we got a steal of a deal and there is no chance this happens without Marcia. I had fun and learned a lot along the way during the buying process. During this time we decided to put our current property on the market. We wanted to time things in such a way that it would limit the disruption in our lives with buying, selling, showing your house and moving all in a tight window. Long story short, our average home that we put on the market had (30) showings in two days and we ended up getting $10K over asking price. Talk about fun and rewarding! Sensing a theme here?! We are now out of our old home and into our new home and I really can't put into words how amazing we feel! I can't think of one single thing that Marcia could have done differently or done at a higher level. She was there for us, she was smart and decisive, she was fun and she kept this train on it's track from start to finish! I'll never consider another realtor and plan on doing business with Marcia again when the opportunity presents itself. If you're looking for a realtor do yourself a favor and call Marcia.
