Marcia Love, where do I begin! Our church Greater Harvest Family Worship Center was looking for a new building for our church. I reached to her to view another property it was nice but didn't meet our church needs. That day before leaving she said "I'm going to find you all a church". She saw our hearts and our vision and she was determined to find us a church. Within weeks she call and said, "I have found you a church, and the church was amazing everything we needed and more. Marcia was so easy to talk to about the property, she let me know everything concerning the property making calls for us even what I didn't know she told us how to do it. That let me know that she cared and wanted to be sure this property would meet all our needs. Marcia was there with us from being to end leading and guiding us through this process. Marcia is THE realtor you want. She seems more interested in serving her clients than herself. On the first occasion we couldnt gain access to the property, so with great effort she obtained a key, visited the house (we were out of state,) and sent videos and multiple photos. On the second occasion she represented us on a property another fifty miles away. The deal had a lot of snags, both contractually and financially, and IT WAS ONLY through her efforts and perseverance that the deal came to a happy conclusion. We would not be here without her assistance. We love our house and wouldnt hesitate for one second to use Ms Marcia as our agent again.
