About Marcia Krebs
I grew up going to work with my mom who was a real estate agent. As I got older, I then worked for reconstruction/remodeling companies, and then later for commercial roofing and paving companies. 5 years ago, I realized that my knowledge of both sides of the real estate business, and my passion for helping people learn and obtain their dreams, made it an easy transition to become a "match-maker-of-homes", so I made a drastic switch to real estate and have never looked back!

3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of clients - first time home buyers, upsizing, down sizing, military, relocation, investors, foreclosures and short sales... MYRIAD means many and varied - which represents the clients AND the properties we work with!
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Each transaction is unique and we value ALL of our clients and the unique situations each one represents. The most important part is not how I feel the deal goes - but how the client feels the transaction went!
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
Growing up with my mother working in real estate, and then working on the construction side of the business for many years made my transition to real estate easy!
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I believe that if we are not learning, we are dying... So I take pride in constantly growing by learning as much as I can. The more knowledge I have, the more prepared I am to assist my clients!
