If we could give Marcia a million stars we would do that. To buy a house in Clarksville, we wanted to have one built contingent on the sale of our house in Florida. Our home in Florida took much longer to sell than we ever thought it would. We became frustrated at times, but Marcia worked with us every step of the way, was very patient with us, and answered all of our questions. She's the best by far!
