Chris was very knowledgeable on the logistics of home-buying, particularly with VA-Loans. She knew EXACTLY what to watch out for in homes that might not get VA approvals for a loan (septic system too close to house, cracked foundations, sagging support beams, etc), and was always very professional.Upon finding my new home, she helped me navigate securing a loan with the VA, and even switching lenders to secure a better interest rate!The only drawback I had with her was her limited knowledge of my new town. She lives nearly an hour away from my house, and didn't have answers to specific quality-of-life questions I had (neighbors, water/soil quality, history of the town, etc). She did, however, get me in touch with the seller's listing agent, who then got me in touch with the sellers themselves. They were more than happy to answer all my questions.The day before I closed on this house, my truck broke down, and she was even kind enough to pick me up and take me to the final walkthrough and closing office.Chris Monzillo is a realtor who's in your corner for you!
