Logan's efficiency and top-notch communication skills made this entire process much easier than I imagined it would be. My wife and I recently had the privilege of working with Logan to purchase an investment property. We have worked with numerous realtors in our 10+ years of real estate transactions. Logan is hands down the best we have ever worked with. After purchasing this home with Logan I know we will be coming back to him for any other purchases in the Indianapolis area. Logan definitely knows the real estate business. We put in an offer on a house with a conventional loan and with Logan's expertise we were able to navigate through this crazy 2022 market and beat out 12+ offers and multiple cash offers that were higher than our offer. Logan was prompt with his communication and when asked for advice he always provided an honest answer. Buying homes can be stressful with Logan a lot of the stress was taken away and he was able to make the process very enjoyable. Would recommend Logan to anyone.

Marc was wonderful in helping my wife and I find a home. We were new to the area and Marc helped show us around and described the different benefits to several of the suburb communities. He is very experienced and knowledgeable about Indianapolis and all of the surrounding communities. Most importantly, we never felt like he was pushy, he was always quick to respond and meet us at one of the countless houses we looked at throughout the buying process. He was always positive and happy to show us homes, he was also honest, when we asked about the positives and negatives of a particular home and/or area/school district.
