In this housing market, you need to have a great agent but someone who comes with their ecosystem of support to help expedite the entire process. Simple put, you need someone who comes with a community of talented real estate professionals. His recommendations and connections for our legal needs and house inspection services were impressive, and we'll return to them for our next home. We started working with Marc in early 2020 when the pandemic was new, and the real estate market was insane. We made offers on several homes, and Marc helped navigate the process and the help us keep the faith when we lost out on the house. He was also able to help us navigate the tricky 30-day buy and sell, and we avoided paying a double mortgage; well done, Marc!
