Luckily for us we did not have to put the house on the market. We received a mailer from another realtor in Jersey City and it took off from there. Mara is very knowledgeable about Randolph and the school system, a big reason why people look to move there. Mara made sure she knew the neighborhood - ages of children, environment, etc - as the new family had a young child and looking for a community feel. This alone was very helpful. Mara was able to talk confidently about the house we were selling and she due to my circumstances of not moving until September (and we were in June at the time) she strategized with me about the price point.
