You would be lucky to have Manuel as your realtor! Manuel has helped me purchase 3 condos in Las Vegas, and is currently helping me purchase my first townhome. Manuel lined up an electrician and roofer for us that did the repairs the house required. This was above the requirements of a realtor and very much appreciated. This was a complicated financial transaction as the escrow company called for items late and Manuel answered all questions to alleviate our concerns.
